Your Role
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate with our most significant and rapidly growing clients to ensure their success and maximize the value derived from Postscript's offerings. This involves immersing yourself in the client's operations, thoroughly understanding their objectives, and cultivating robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong connections and brand loyalty with our clients.
- Develop exceptional advisory relationships with your designated clients, ensuring their growth aligns with performance metrics.
- Partner with our Customer Account Team to drive account expansion through renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Continuously enhance your expertise in your clients' marketing, technology, and overall business requirements.
- Conduct exemplary marketing strategy sessions with clients, sharing best practices and brainstorming innovative marketing strategies for SMS.
- Create and implement engaging methods to connect with clients and support their growth.
- Actively monitor, assist, and guide clients' marketing initiatives.
- Address technical challenges alongside the customer and Postscript support team.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of the Postscript product and broader ecommerce and marketing landscape.

What We Value in You
- Over 4 years of experience in customer management, particularly in SaaS marketing or ecommerce technology.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales capacity, including Account Management, is preferred.
- Familiarity with technical products and a demonstrated technical aptitude.
- Advanced understanding of ecommerce businesses, including emerging marketing trends.
- A passion for customer support and a teaching mindset.
- A balanced approach between detail-oriented processes and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with high reliability and follow-through.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to learn from mistakes.
- A knack for creating positive customer experiences and being receptive to feedback.
