Lead Radiation Oncology Equipment Specialist

A healthcare facility in the southern United States is seeking an experienced Lead Radiotherapy Engineer to join its maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of linear accelerators and radiotherapy devices.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot complex medical equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in radiation oncology equipment maintenance
- 5+ years of leadership experience as a service engineer
- Expertise in RF systems, high-voltage safety procedures, and electronics
- Strong knowledge of CMMS software and MS Excel
We offer a competitive salary range based on qualifications and experience. The estimated annual compensation for this position is $130,000 - $170,000.
