Enterprise Requirements and Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Requirements and Integration Specialist to join our team at LinQuest Corporation. As a key member of our Systems Engineering and Integration team, you will play a critical role in defining and developing technical baselines for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Baseline Development: Utilize Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) to contribute to the development of technical baselines, ensuring they meet customer requirements and are verifiable.
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze system requirements that define the technical baseline and ensure verification, collaborating with Government and contractor personnel to address gaps in customer requirements.
- Working Group Facilitation: Lead and participate in Government/Contractor Working Group meetings, preparing briefings, guiding discussions, and documenting meeting minutes to resolve risks, requirement gaps, and action items.
- Change Impact Assessment: Assess proposed changes to the technical baseline for impacts on enterprise capabilities and cross-stakeholder integration concerns.
- Document Review: Facilitate the review of program documents by offering comments, compiling feedback from other reviewers, and assisting in the resolution process.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert to evaluate technical issues and prepare briefings for U.S. Air Force management.
- Risk and Issue Management: Assist in managing risks, issues, interdependencies, identifying schedule conflicts, developing action plans, and supporting the Government in implementing solutions.
- Education: Hold a BS degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics, computer science, or network and telecommunications.
- Experience: Have at least 5 years of proven experience in systems engineering, with 4+ years of experience in system specification, verification, or analysis.
- Skills: Possess familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and related tools for requirements development and traceability, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Soft Skills: Demonstrate effective organizational skills to manage competing priorities, excellent interpersonal, communication (both oral and written), and presentation abilities.
- Certifications: Hold certifications in Systems Engineering (INCOSE ESEP, CSEP) and Model Based Systems Engineering (OCSMP), and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Clearance: You must be authorized to work in the US and capable of obtaining and maintaining a Secret clearance for this role.
- Agile Development: Hold certifications in Agile Development.
- Jira and Confluence: Knowledge and experience with Jira and Confluence.
- MILSATCOM Projects: Experience with MILSATCOM projects such as AEHF, EPS, WGS, and FAB-T terminal programs.
- Military or DoD Clients: Previous experience working with military or DoD civilian clients.
- Ground and Airborne Systems: Experience in ground and airborne systems, including terminals and networks.
