Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary sales representative for the assigned area.
- Acquire a Health Insurance license within the first 60 days of employment.
- Be prepared to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Drive demand by identifying and securing new accounts.
- Maintain and develop professional relationships with both new and existing clients in the region.
- Efficiently execute sales tasks and provide timely reports.
- Identify potential leads and explore opportunities for additional sales.
- Assist in the pursuit of new business opportunities.
- Support clients in completing necessary enrollment documentation.
- Proactively engage with potential clients and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct all business dealings with professionalism, integrity, and transparency.
- Inform relevant parties about services through pre-calls.
- Present company offerings to key decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospects to confirm receipt of marketing materials.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients.
- Ensure that operational activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Support and adhere to the compliance program, including training and reporting any violations.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Adapt positively to changes and undertake assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; High School Diploma required.
- Experience in healthcare sales is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and computer skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and submit reports in a timely manner.
- Goal-oriented, sensitive to deadlines, and committed to assisting others.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Possess valid transportation, a clean driving record, and auto insurance.
