We are seeking an exceptional Commercial Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships from prospecting to post-sales growth, meeting and exceeding annual and quarterly ARR sales targets, and maintaining accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships from prospecting to close, including POCs, multiple stakeholders, and strategic pricing negotiations
- Meet and exceed annual and quarterly ARR sales targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting
- Understand the product inside out and be technically proficient
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Be a company builder and share best practices back into the organization
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a full cycle, closing role
- Experience handling and owning relationships with mid-market companies, including C-suite
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Soft skills include being an enthusiastic team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, and a desire to build something new
