Senior Account Executive

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Commercial Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential business verticals, developing and executing outbound strategies to engage them with Vanta, and managing our sales pipeline to improve and mature our sales process and playbook.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop high-potential business verticals to engage with Vanta
- Manage our sales pipeline to improve and mature our sales process and playbook
- Define and communicate the specific benefits of Vanta to each customer
- Collect insights from prospects for our product development process
- 4+ years of experience in a closing and quota-carrying role, consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in SMB and Mid-Market
- Highly empathetic to customers, with a proven track record of long-term customer retention
- Technical competency to understand Vanta's software and build great relationships with highly technical prospects
