Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Implement talent acquisition plans to maintain optimal staffing levels and support new program launches.
  • Engage with potential candidates by effectively communicating the unique aspects of our client’s business.
  • Utilize a structured intake process to create tailored recruitment plans and establish service level agreements.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Enhance candidate engagement by employing pre-closing techniques during the recruitment process.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify candidates who align with the organization's mission and values.
  • Ensure all assessments are completed to meet the expected quality standards for hires.
  • Prepare and negotiate salary offers in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Extend job offers and manage any counter-offer situations as needed.
  • Provide insights on benefits and corporate policies to address candidate inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in international recruitment is advantageous.
  • Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours.
  • Proficiency in TALEO is required; Workday experience is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and customer relationship management tools.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources are desirable.
