Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to talent acquisition.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed.
  • Proficiency in TALEO and familiarity with Workday is preferred.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; healthcare recruitment experience is a plus.
  • Preferred certifications include Talent Acquisition through HCI or HR Certification through SHRM.
