Your Role and Impact
The Employee Engagement Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing employee morale and engagement within Everstory Partners. This position requires exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence organizational culture through effective data management, analysis, and communication. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical skills and a genuine passion for fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration of new hire and exit surveys, ensuring timely distribution and collection of data for the annual employee engagement assessment.
- Analyze survey responses and provide insights to the HR leadership team, escalating any necessary requests to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Manage service and recognition award programs, along with organizing gifts, events, and celebrations.
- Implement HR policies related to employee recognition, reimbursements, and referrals, including the Employee Referral Program.
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation sessions in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Monitor key engagement metrics monthly, such as turnover, retention, and employee referrals, utilizing analytics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Conduct stay interviews for top talent identified through Talent Mapping exercises, collecting data and providing analysis to HR leadership.
- Host monthly best practice sessions focused on employee engagement for field and Support Center leadership teams.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Engagement to implement social media strategies, including content creation and performance measurement.
- Assist in establishing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to enhance engagement and foster a sense of belonging among employees.
- Support the planning and execution of various events, including team-building activities, annual conferences, and HR meetings.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Business or Human Resources preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on Recruitment or Employee Engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with design platforms such as Canva is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and planning skills in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for offsite appointments.
- This position requires on-site presence during regular business hours.
