Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Experience in international recruitment is advantageous.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to accommodate recruitment needs outside of standard business hours.
  • Proficiency in TALEO and familiarity with Workday is preferred.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in Talent Acquisition or HR are desirable.
