Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly independent and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our boutique wealth management firm in downtown Menlo Park. As an ideal candidate, you will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working in a small team environment, and possess the ability to work part-time hours (12-15 hours per week) with flexibility in scheduling. Prior experience in a boutique RIA or wealth management firm is highly valued, as well as any FINRA licensing, which can result in bonus opportunities.
We offer a competitive salary based on prior related experience and any FINRA licensed or SEC related work history. Bonus potential exists based on performance. A clean employment, FINRA, and SEC record is required. We perform background and securities checks for all candidates.
