At Posterity Health, we are committed to providing male fertility expertise through a combination of virtual visits, at-home diagnostics, and in-person consults. We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to oversee a portfolio of 75-100 fertility clinics in the West region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, increasing referrals and revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in Client Success or Account Management.

A healthcare background is required, and experience in the fertility market is strongly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position, as the successful candidate will need to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of Fertility Centers and Community Providers internally and externally
  • Build and maintain operational infrastructure in new markets, including onboarding and implementing Ambulatory Surgical Centers
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase referrals and revenue across the portfolio
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to each clinic in the portfolio to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Variable Compensation
