Under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources, the HR Operations Specialist will oversee the daily activities of the HR department. This role will contribute to the formulation and execution of an innovative and effective recruitment strategy, management of employee data processes, oversight of time and attendance systems, coordination of benefits, and support for various ongoing projects.
