The Marketing Operations Specialist will collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners, including experience design, sales, and various departments within the organization, to ensure the timely coordination and execution of marketing initiatives as outlined by the product marketing manager.

This role will also involve managing the entry and tracking of marketing materials throughout the development and review stages utilizing the company's project management system. Additionally, the specialist will support various ad hoc marketing tasks aligned with the objectives of the product marketing team.
Oversee the timely execution of all marketing initiatives and campaigns, which may include advertising, direct marketing, sales promotions, events, sponsorships, and more.

*Work closely with the product marketing manager and external agencies to create and implement go-to-market strategies, communication plans, and creative messaging that resonate with the product's value proposition, objectives, and brand standards.

*Generate reports and presentations analyzing post-campaign performance, including actionable recommendations where applicable. Manage the compilation and processing of financial documents such as invoices and budget spreadsheets. *Coordinate, review, and manage the flow of marketing projects within the company's project management system. Facilitate and manage research or data requests, ensuring the collection of necessary business information.

Qualifications:
Strong program/project management capabilitiesAbility to coordinate cross-functional efforts to achieve successful outcomesAnalytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and resolve issues independently.

Familiarity with marketing communications and the coordination of creative contentEducation:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience is required.
