About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious nursing leader to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor in our ambulatory care setting.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices. This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on ensuring high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinical staff performance, providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical best practices, staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care activities and promote a culture of safety and quality.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an Associate Degree in Nursing with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience.
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License and Washington Registered Nurse License (for locations in Washington).
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
Preferred Qualifications

We welcome candidates with:

  • Experience working in an ambulatory setting.
  • 3 years demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development, and evaluation.
