About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious healthcare professional to lead our outpatient clinic team as a Nursing Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and has strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of clinical staff performance, implementing best practices and fostering professional development
  • Clinical supervision, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices
  • Ensuring high standards of clinical practice in an outpatient setting
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or equivalent educ/experience
  • An Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program
  • Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment
Preferred Qualifications

It would be beneficial if you have:

  • Experience working in an ambulatory setting
  • 3 years - Demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training and performance evaluation
  • 3 years - Experience providing patient education
