Daily Hours: 12 Hours

Weekly Schedule: 3 Days

Compensation: $2468.00 per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate patient conditions while collaborating with physicians to enhance patient care.
  • Design, execute, and record nursing interventions tailored to individual patient requirements.
  • Recognize patient needs and prioritize care through thorough assessment and planning.
  • Create and manage personalized care strategies for patients.
  • Administer therapeutic nursing actions and oversee patient management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care in accordance with established standards and clinical priorities.
  • Promote adherence to evidence-based practice standards and foster innovation in care delivery.
  • Deliver patient-focused care consistent with professional nursing standards.
  • Fulfill additional assigned duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry nursing.
  • Education: Associate Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Minimum Educational Requirement: Associate's Degree.

Additional Notes: This role involves a 13-week contract with 12-hour shifts, requiring availability every other weekend. There is no on-call duty, but flexibility to float to other units may be necessary, with telemetry experience being essential.
