The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a vital member of our clinical operations team at Proactive MD. As a champion of our Patient Promise, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to provide compassionate, committed, and comprehensive healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with Patient Care: Work closely with our providers to assist with treatments, document patient information, and transcribe orders.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including answering phone calls, maintaining records, and performing basic clerical duties.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management of supplies and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and maintain working relationships with diverse individuals.
- Education and Certification: Associate degree and active certification as an LPN or LVN.
- Experience and Skills: Minimum one-year clinical experience as an LPN, recent experience drawing blood, and knowledge of HIPAA.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to prioritize needs, plan work accordingly, and maintain a professional demeanor.
