Position Overview

The Fellowship Program Administrator plays a crucial role in the management and oversight of fellowship initiatives within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. This professional utilizes their expertise in program administration to navigate policies and procedures, ensuring effective execution of various tasks associated with fellowship programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage fellowship programs, collaborating closely with Program Directors and the Education Programs Manager.
  • Utilize knowledge of medical education to assess challenges and propose actionable solutions.
  • Coordinate program operations, including curriculum development, learner scheduling, and compliance tracking.
  • Serve as a liaison among faculty, administration, and external accreditation bodies, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing or coordinating educational programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings clearly.
  • Proficient in various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ACGME Residency or Fellowship Programs.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and administrative policies.
  • Experience with educational database systems.
