As a Rotorcraft Pilot with Reach Medical Holdings, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft. This position is part of our SkillBridge Military Fellowship program, which provides active-duty U.S. military personnel with the opportunity to gain valuable civilian work experience in the medical response industry.
Key Responsibilities- Operate aircraft in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations, company policies, and all applicable state and municipal regulations.
- Monitor weather conditions and forecast changes to ensure safe flight operations.
- Conduct pre-flight checks to identify any discrepancies and report them to maintenance.
- Stay current with weather and forecast changes throughout the shift.
- 2000 hours total flight time.
- 1000 hours helicopter pilot in command.
- 1000 hours turbine experience.
- 200 hours cumulative night flight experience.
- 100 hours instrument time (for IFR roles).
- Previous experience with HAA or equivalent.
- FAA Rotorcraft-Helicopter Commercial Certificate.
- FAA Rotorcraft-Helicopter Instrument Rating.
- FAA Class II Medical Certificate or better.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 230-pound weight limit dressed in flight suit and boots.
