We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Turning Point Community Programs. Key Responsibilities- Program Oversight: Provide administrative supervision to assigned staff, ensuring the effective delivery of program services and the achievement of program goals.
- Client Services: Assist the Program Director in the coordination of client services, including the review and approval of time and overtime worked, time-off requests, and staff performance management.
- Team Management: Coordinate member services within the team, provide vocational support, and facilitate groups and community activities.
- Crisis Intervention: Provide prompt intervention in crisis situations, ensuring the safety, health, and wellbeing of clients.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete paperwork as assigned, review and approve staff mileage sheets, and oversee the co-signing of documentation for interns, grad-students, and PSC's.
- Staff Development: Facilitate team staff meetings, provide on-the-spot counseling, and ensure that all staff abide by meal period and rest period rules.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Four years of varied experience as a provider of mental health services, with one year of supervisory/management experience preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications: Active registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC, and a California driver's license with current vehicle insurance and registration.
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to our clients.
