Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, registering them quickly and efficiently.
  • Provide information on hotel services and room locations, answering phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Maximize hotel revenue by up-selling rooms.
  • Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Issue, control, and release guest safe-deposit boxes.
  • Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management.
  • Respond to guest complaints and make service recovery gestures to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Able to stand for 8 hours.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software, including ability to use email, word processing, spreadsheet software, and hotel management system.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, plus excellent benefits, including medical, dental, life, PTO, and 401k with company match for full-time associates.
