Job Overview

CareerPaths NW is a prominent entity in the insurance sector, specializing in both commercial and personal insurance solutions. We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Commercial Insurance Producer to enhance our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating your own leads, building robust client relationships, assessing business requirements, and finalizing agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and engage with potential clients to create a substantial sales pipeline
  • Build trust and maintain strong connections with customers
  • Assess client insurance requirements and offer tailored solutions
  • Finalize agreements and meet sales objectives

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial insurance sales with an independent brokerage
  • Familiarity with direct writers such as Sentry, Federated, Liberty Mutual, or Carrier representatives is advantageous
  • A strong network and established book of business that can be transitioned or brokered
  • Capability to identify existing contacts, relationships, centers of influence, and target markets
  • Minimum revenue threshold of $5,000
