Job Overview

CareerPaths NW is a prominent entity in the insurance sector, specializing in both commercial and personal insurance lines. We are in search of a skilled Commercial Insurance Producer to enhance our operations. In this role, you will have the autonomy to cultivate your own leads, forge robust relationships, assess business requirements, and finalize agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and engage with potential clients to create a solid sales pipeline
  • Build trust and maintain enduring relationships with customers
  • Advise clients on their insurance requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Secure contracts and meet sales objectives

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial insurance sales with an independent brokerage
  • Familiarity with direct insurance providers such as Sentry, Federated, Liberty Mutual, or experience with carrier representatives is advantageous
  • A strong network and an established book of business that can be transitioned or brokered
  • Capability to identify existing contacts, relationships, centers of influence, and target demographics
  • Proven revenue generation of at least $5,000
