We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Saint John's On The Lake. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the sales process, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents and depositors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Sales Process: Greet all guests and manage incoming calls to the Sales and Marketing Department professionally and timely, respond to inquiries and manage lead distribution to Senior Living Advisor and Director of Marketing and Sales.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Process the workflow of Financial and Health applications, coordinating and expediting approvals when necessary, preparing contracts and related documents, and tracking deposits to help ensure timely closing of sales.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Enter lead and depositor information to the sales database, prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports of sales, deposit, and lead activity, and manage apartment inventory tracking move-ins, move-outs, transfers, deaths, and apartment combinations.
- Assist with Event Planning: Assist Director in the organization of Expression of Interest and other special events, including scheduling event dates, locating and reserving venues, mailing (emailing) invitations and tracking RSVP's, selecting and ordering food and beverage, arranging for extra event needs, such as valet parking, flowers, etc.
- Maintain Resident and Depositor Records: Maintain depositor and resident contract files in Administration and on network Marketing Drive, update and maintain Resident Master email list, and update Resident Directories with new resident contact info prior to move in.
- Assist with Marketing Materials: Assist in proofreading Sales & Marketing communications, including creation, distribution, and posting of new resident Move-In posters, and nurture relationships with Shore Holders through weekly email communications of campus events and updates.
- Order and Stock Supplies: Order and stock supplies and sales collateral and other marketing materials and forms, and assist with ensuring the office and marketing lounge and design center are clean, presentable, and stocked to par.
- Complete Necessary Paperwork: Complete necessary paperwork processing upon move-in, including collection of closing documents and distribution to various stakeholders, including addition of pertinent resident info into PCC.
- Introduce New Residents: Introduce new residents to Resident Services for post move-in follow through, and work cooperatively with Saint John's staff, residents, depositors, and family members.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all department, resident, depositor, and organizational information, and know and follow existing lines of communication and authority.
- Associate's Degree: Associate's Degree in marketing, business, or sales, etc. from an accredited college/university; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least three years experience in customer service and/or senior living or related commercial/residential real estate industry.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient processing, database management, spreadsheets, and desktop publishing skills, and ability to adapt to changing organizational needs.
- Language: Strong command of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Driver's License: Valid Wisconsin Driver's License.
