About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workstation Support Technician to join our team at Brooksource. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop, laptop, and hardware technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their technical needs are met.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills and experience with Windows and Mac laptops and desktops.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and Active Directory.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Exchange environments.
  • A+ certification or equivalent.
