Position Summary

Otelier is on the lookout for a seasoned and results-driven Vice President of Sales to spearhead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth within the U.S. market. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with grasping our mission and crafting a detailed sales strategy for your team. Your responsibilities will encompass extensive market engagement, in-depth product knowledge, and fostering accountability within the sales division. This leadership position is crucial for enhancing the company's growth trajectory and market visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Otelier's vision and long-term objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse sales team, ensuring accountability and driving revenue generation.
  • Establish and execute strategies for deal evaluations, optimizing sales cycles, and effectively managing the sales pipeline.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of our market dynamics, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
  • Equip the sales team with essential knowledge and tools for success.
  • Drive substantial revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Streamline and enhance sales processes to facilitate efficient deal closures.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, sales enablement, and other internal teams to bolster sales efforts and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in a sales leadership role, ideally within vertical market SaaS.
  • Extensive experience in managing and developing sales teams.
  • Proven ability to drive effective sales cycles and successfully close deals.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing team members, fostering accountability and performance.
  • Experience with multi-product lines and complex portfolios, with the ability to communicate and sell diverse value propositions across various market segments.
  • Robust strategic and analytical capabilities, with a track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Experience in the hospitality or hotel operations sector is highly desirable.
  • Preference will be given to candidates located in Georgia.
