About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Hennessy Auto Group. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in the buying process, utilizing established sales steps and procedures.
  • Greet and qualify customers, understanding their requirements and interests.
  • Process sales orders and paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
  • Utilize dealership sales controls and follow-up systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Offer test drives to interested customers and provide detailed information about vehicle features and benefits.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding company standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, providing detailed information about vehicle features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, features, and accessories, and communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Maintain a safe and professional work environment, adhering to all Federal, State, Local, and Company safety rules and regulations.
  • Embody the Company's values of Accountability, Teamwork, Kindness, Grit, Integrity, and Curiosity in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well in a process-driven environment.
  • Ability to work every Saturday.
  • Previous sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Valid in-state driver's license.
  • Must submit to a background and drug screen.
Working Environment & Physical Demands

Duties are performed throughout the dealer premises, both indoors and outdoors, and on customer test drives. The position requires regular and predictable attendance, with scheduled shifts including evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
