About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at ALDI. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the operations of our National Services & divisional offices, ensuring the smooth running of our network of stores and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate relevant information to leadership, peers, and store personnel, enabling them to fulfill their job duties.
  • Communicate tasks to store personnel and complete any required follow-up process.
  • Create reports as required to provide information for management decision-making.
  • Promptly process and work to resolve operational customer complaints.
  • Provide administrative and general office support to the Director Operations, District Managers, store personnel, and other divisional management.
  • Assist in ordering store office supplies, uniforms, and store equipment as directed.
  • Maintain an efficient and well-organized filing system for the department and ensure items are archived and disposed of per company guidelines.
  • Work proactively to identify, investigate, and report irregularities within designated area of responsibility.
  • Conduct training and cross-training of knowledge and expertise within area of responsibility.
  • Act as a backup assistant, as designated by the leader, to ensure proper coverage of necessary responsibilities.
  • Interact cooperatively with ALDI personnel, external suppliers, and service companies to exchange information and maintain a successful partnership.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required.
  • Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
  • Associate's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
Working Conditions

This role may be performed in an office, remote office, or a combination of both, where a computer and office equipment may be used as needed to perform duties.
