Front Office Manager Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Front Office Manager to join our team at Carmel Management LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results in a fast-paced hotel environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated professional to leverage their expertise and take on new challenges. You will be responsible for leading the front desk team, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the front desk team and provide guidance on customer service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze Guest Ledger Reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Address Guest Voice notifications promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping manager to maintain accurate room records in Fosse.
  • Support the Bistro restaurant team during peak periods.
  • Manage front desk inventory and supplies.
  • Cover open shifts as needed.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of Marriott experience with a focus on Fosse, GXP, MGS, and Marriott training standards.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid North Carolina driver's license.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
