Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our high-volume hotel team at Carmel Management LLC. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to develop their leadership skills and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, Marriott experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. They will be responsible for leading by example, setting a positive attitude, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide solid leadership and support to the front desk team during peak periods.
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of customer service tasks to improve the guest experience.
  • Review Guest Ledger Reports daily and ensure all in-house guests have appropriate payment requirements as per company policy.
  • Address and resolve Guest Voice notifications within the required timeframe.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping manager to ensure accurate room recording in Fosse and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in the Bistro restaurant as needed.
  • Maintain inventory levels for front desk supplies.
  • Cover open shifts when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Valid North Carolina driver's license and willingness to drive the hotel shuttle (if needed).
  • Above average critical thinking skills.
  • Marriott experience with training standards knowledge.
  • Food and beverage experience.
  • Solid leadership and work ethic.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
