Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and enhance our Atlassian software applications while providing Scrum Master support within our IT department. This role is essential for ensuring the effective operation of our administrative systems.

Key Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of our team, your primary duties will include:

1) Installing, configuring, and maintaining Atlassian applications and related software.
2) Monitoring application performance and implementing corrective measures to minimize downtime.
3) Troubleshooting system issues and collaborating with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
4) Developing user documentation and conducting training sessions for staff on new software.
5) Assisting in the creation of policies and procedures related to software use.
6) Providing advanced support to users experiencing difficulties with applications.
7) Participating in special projects and managing software licensing.
8) Serving as a technical expert for in-house developed applications throughout their lifecycle.
9) Staying updated with technological advancements through ongoing training.

Required Knowledge:
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of:
  • Best practices for establishing and refining KPIs across various business scenarios.
  • Information Technology standards and protocols.
  • Software development and business intelligence practices.
  • Project management and ITIL methodologies.


Essential Skills:
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
  • Proficiency in designing effective Jira infrastructure, including workflows and permission management.
  • Ability to gather requirements and collaborate with project managers on Jira strategies.
  • Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Capability to maintain a structured work schedule and provide on-call support as needed.
  • Ability to foster effective relationships with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.


Technical Proficiency:
  • Experience with various software applications including spreadsheets and databases.
  • Ability to administer applications and provide technical support to end users.


Experience and Education:
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field is preferred.


Physical Requirements:
  • Work is conducted in a standard office environment with occasional physical activity.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 10 pounds may be required.
