As a Senior Agile Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding teams towards embracing an agile mindset and methodologies. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing team capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the transition to agile practices by providing tailored support to teams, ensuring they develop a robust understanding of agile principles.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops aimed at empowering employees across various levels to effectively implement agile processes in their daily tasks.
- Design and deliver interactive boot camps and workshops that promote the organization-wide adoption of agile methodologies.
- Offer expert coaching in Agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe, along with principles of Test Driven Development and Kanban.
- Collaborate with Agile teams and product owners to ensure consistent application of the Agile methodology and playbook throughout the organization.
- Work closely with product owners and engineering teams to synchronize the product vision with the delivery roadmap and set quarterly and sprint objectives.
- Assist in the development of self-sufficient agile teams, regularly assessing and measuring their maturity and progress.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA and Confluence to support the primary framework of SAFe.
This role is essential for driving agile transformation within Glansa, ensuring that teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in an agile environment.
