Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing scrum processes and facilitating scrum meetings to enhance team performance.
  • Motivating team members and advocating for necessary changes to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Definition of Done (DoD) throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Acting as a leader and facilitator for multiple Agile teams, ensuring that all Scrum ceremonies are executed effectively and within designated timeframes.
  • Utilizing strong communication and organizational skills to eliminate obstacles and promote collaboration among team members.
  • Coaching and mentoring teams to foster a high-performing Agile environment.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams, particularly in managing cross-team dependencies.
  • Experience in backlog management using Jira.
  • Preferred certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master.

Work Environment

This position will primarily be remote, allowing flexibility in work arrangements. Candidates should be prepared to work during standard business hours and may occasionally need to adjust their schedules to accommodate project needs.
