Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Technical Resources International. As a key member of our contracts team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, from solicitation to close-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Review and analyze solicitations, prepare business and cost proposals, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and clients.
  • Cost Analysis: Perform cost and price analysis of subcontractor proposals and prepare budget drafts for task orders, travel estimates, and other contract-related activities.
  • Contract Administration: Administer contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, including timely authorizations and modifications.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare reports of consultant and subcontract expenditures, review invoices from subcontractors, and maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.
  • Contract Close-out: Coordinate close-out activities and ensure that all contract-related tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Contract Management Experience: Proven experience in contract management, cost proposal development, and contract administration.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel) and experience with Government contracts, including Federal Acquisition Regulations and GSA FSS contracts.
