Customer Experience Liaison

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide secretarial and clerical support to the department
* Maintain accurate records and files
* Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
* Utilize computer software and electronic medical records to perform tasks
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of experience in a medical office or customer service role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
* Sit for up to 8 hours/day
* Stand/Walk for 3-6 hours
* Bend/Stoop for up to 3 hours
* Reach for up to 3 hours
* Use of UE/Grasp for up to 8 hours
* Lift/Push/Pull up to 15 lbs
This role requires the ability to hear alarms, clients, and/or instructions. The ability to see accurately from 20 inches to 20-ft is also necessary. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
