Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Representative to join our Spine and Neuro Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the business aspects of the department and working closely with the Unit Director.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to departmental operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with the Unit Director to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
