- Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to sales management on a regular basis.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and the competitive landscape within the broadband and telecommunication sector.
- Provide ongoing and productive feedback to management regarding needs/campaigns that might increase sales and improve the customer experience.
- Responsible for practicing and exhibiting concise and qualified closing skills to secure new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate a willingness and enthusiasm to learn and apply new sales techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of four (4) years relevant sales experience in the broadband and telecommunication industry, or a proven track record of selling fiber or VoIP-related products in a new market is required.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the broadband and telecommunication industry.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organization, presentation, negotiations, written and verbal communication skills, including maintaining and meeting various deadlines.
- Must be detail oriented with a background in problem solving with the ability to multi-task.
