Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will serve as a vital link between our company and our clients, delivering product and service information while addressing any issues that may arise with precision and care. Successful candidates will possess a genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers, demonstrating patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. You will be adept at understanding customer perspectives and advocating for their needs when necessary. Problem-solving will be a key aspect of your role, as you will confidently troubleshoot and seek additional information to resolve customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls
  • Assess and identify customer needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain trust-based relationships through effective communication
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and methods
  • Address complaints and offer suitable solutions within designated timeframes, following up to confirm resolution
  • Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies
  • Proactively engage customers to enhance their experience
  • Welcome customers warmly and determine the purpose of their call
  • Inform customers about company offerings
  • Collaborate with the customer service manager to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Utilize scripts as necessary
  • Resolve customer issues via phone or email

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in handling phone interactions and active listening
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to various personalities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
  • Demonstrated experience in customer support

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
