About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to lead our bakery team and drive business results. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for directing team members, managing department inventory, pricing integrity, and other operational processes that require attention to detail.

This is a fast-paced position that requires efficiency, effectiveness, and a passion for excellence to drive results. If you have a strong background in bakery management and a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet Guests and Provide Excellent Service

Our guests expect a high level of service, and we need someone who can deliver. As a Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for greeting guests in a friendly manner, making recommendations, and accommodating requests.

Manage Order Guides and Deadlines

You will be responsible for managing order guides, meeting deadlines, reducing shrink and damage, and ensuring that our bakery products are always fresh and of high quality.

Direct Teams and Train Staff

You will lead and direct our bakery team, providing coaching and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service and meet our high standards.

Merchandise and Display Products

You will be responsible for merchandising and displaying our bakery products in a way that is visually appealing and easy to navigate.

Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Management Experience

We are looking for someone with a strong background in bakery management, preferably with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Ability to Read and Understand Planograms

You will need to be able to read and understand planograms, layouts, and schematics of the department to ensure that our bakery products are merchandised correctly.

Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office

You will need to have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office to manage our bakery operations and communicate with our team.
