The Director of HCP Marketing for VEOZAH will oversee the marketing strategy and execution aimed at healthcare professionals (HCPs) across various channels, including personal promotion, digital marketing, non-personal promotion, and medical education. This role is critical to maximizing the patient impact and commercial success of VEOZAH, a groundbreaking nonhormonal neurokinin 3 (NK3) receptor antagonist recently approved for treating vasomotor symptoms (VMS) associated with menopause.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of six HCP marketers to enhance the patient impact and commercial value of VEOZAH.
- Develop and implement the HCP promotional strategy across all professional channels.
- Ensure alignment across functions for the effective execution of marketing strategies and promotional tactics.
- Collaborate closely with brand team members, global marketing, sales, training, regulatory, legal, and medical affairs.
- Prepare for and execute the launch of VEOZAH in designated specialties.
- Co-develop competitive readiness plans.
- Refine HCP promotional messaging and supporting sales tactics.
- Oversee the development of the Medical Education program and unbranded VMS education initiatives.
- Establish, measure, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive the execution of US HCP promotional tactics to achieve market share and sales objectives.
- Partner with sales teams to enhance field training and ensure comprehensive understanding of the disease state and brand.
- Manage the development and compliance of marketing materials through the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review process.
- Work with market research to design and assess brand and disease state projects, sharing insights to improve execution.
- Lead digital and non-personal promotional efforts to maintain consistent strategic messaging.
- Oversee the development of the Promotional Mix Model and recommend optimal channel investments.
- Manage external agencies to ensure project consistency with brand guidelines and ethical standards.
- Track and manage the budget for assigned marketing tactics.
