Job Summary

Bristol Hospital Inc. is seeking a skilled Patient Access Representative to join our team. As a key member of our patient access team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless registration and admission processes for patients receiving services at our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately document patient information and verify insurance details
  • Collect copay and deductible amounts at time of service
  • Prepare admission forms and obtain necessary signatures
  • Assist medical and nursing staff with patient placement
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive working relationship with patients, families, and clinical personnel

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when entering demographic and insurance information
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
