Facilities and Asset Management Specialist

Optomi is seeking a skilled Facilities and Asset Management Specialist to join their team. This role involves managing office spaces, facilities, and assets to ensure an exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in space management, facilities, asset management, or events planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and overseeing office/desk moves
  • Managing and maintaining office spaces
  • Inventorying and stocking office supplies and snack programs
  • Communicating with onsite team members and serving as the first line of contact
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders on space management
  • Coordinating with security and HR on facility access and equipment needs
  • Validating and maintaining location data and records
  • Documenting and justifying space alteration needs

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in space management, facilities, asset management, or events planning
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong customer service focus
  • Experience working in a large corporate environment is preferred
  • Experience in keynote and Airtable is a plus
