Key Responsibilities- Prospect and build pipelines to acquire new large accounts
- Reactivate high-value accounts that are currently inactive
- Identify high-value targets based on industry, title, location, etc.
- Follow up on warm leads captured for registered, non-buying prospects
- Maintain an ongoing sales mindset for all prospects to identify opportunities and drive end-to-end activities to seize wallet share growth
- Engage in high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails, and occasional office visits, to cold and warm lead prospects using optimal communication methods and talk points to always have an eye on meeting and exceeding customer and personal objectives
- Upsell, cross-sell, and inspire utilization of key services and high-volume categories such as Fruit, Dairy, Snack, Beverage, Catering, and Alcohol for office customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in analytics and marketing to identify key trends and opportunities to strategize for multi-channel marketing and sales approach to meet main objectives
- Potential involvement in other special projects around other business development opportunities
- Responsible for tracking all call and email outreach efforts in Salesforce and meeting and exceeding account growth and reactivated customer sales targets
- Be the voice of the prospect/customer to internal partners
- 5+ years of successful Business-to-Business (B2B) track record in the New York metropolitan area
- Proven success in driving prospect revenue growth and wallet share
- Food/Office product sales experience is a plus
- Self-motivated desire to drive towards success
- History of meeting and exceeding achievable sales targets, outbound call and outreach metrics
- Strong verbal and written presentation, communication, follow-up, and closing skills
- Have an open mind to new ideas, optimization opportunities
- Must be detail-oriented with optimal organizational skills
- Ability to cope in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficient in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word
