Human Resources Business Partner

Reporting to Senior Director, Human Resources Operations, the HR Business Partner provides senior line management with a range of human resources services to support business units in meeting their objectives and initiatives. The HR Business Partner consults with management on changing staffing requirements, employee retention, and associates' needs. This position is involved in investigating and resolving contractual disputes and grievances. It also develops short- and long-range planning for business units.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience as HR Generalist or 3-5 years' experience in specialty area
- Demonstrated customer service and collaboration skills
- Labor relations knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
