Job Description

All State Waste Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recycling Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the recycling industry.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 4 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in managing complex customer accounts. You will work closely with our sales manager to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recycling industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term retention and growth.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in managing complex customer accounts.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
