Job Overview

The Business Development Trainee - Fleet Management program at Hertz is designed to provide hands-on training in sales, operations, customer service, finance, and people management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Strong computer skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Estimated Salary Range

$16.00 per hour.
