About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our Life Sciences vertical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in business development and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and partnerships
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 8+ years of experience in business development and account management in the Life Sciences industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
