Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Nickelodeon Universe Foods, located within the Mall of America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and quality food and beverage products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Set up and serve food and drinks to our guests, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare high-quality drinks to our guests' specifications, adhering to our standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food and drinks are prepared and served in a safe and clean environment, meeting our high standards for quality and sanitation.
  • Guest Service: Provide outstanding guest service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling accuracy and integrity.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Guest Service Skills: Excellent guest service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills
  • Cash Handling Experience: Prior cash handling experience, with a strong understanding of cash handling procedures and policies.
  • Food Service Experience: Barista or food service experience, with a strong understanding of food preparation and presentation.
  • Computer Knowledge: Basic computer knowledge, with the ability to use our point-of-sale system and other technology tools.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing and Moving: Standing and moving frequently, with the ability to walk, stand, and move around the work area.
  • Repetitive Motions: Performing repetitive motions, such as lifting, bending, and reaching.
  • Kneeling and Bending: Kneeling and bending occasionally, with the ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
