Key Responsibilities

  • Grant Administration: Manage grant budgets, budget justifications, and other supporting documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Training and Professional Development: Continuously develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of federal rules and regulations governing research grants, staying informed about sponsor terms and conditions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain positive relationships with funding agencies, collaborating organizations, and internal offices, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of grant submissions, progress reports, and other relevant documents, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience, plus 2 years of related experience required.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; demonstrated customer service focus; excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
